Arts Muster Competition Terms & Conditions

By entering the Arts Muster competition, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees that these terms and conditions are binding. “Arts Muster” is Arts Muster Pty Ltd (ABN 86 630 694 950).

The competition commences at 9am (AEDT) on Friday 10 January 2020, and closes at midnight on Friday 14 February 2020.

Entry is open to all Australian residents aged over 18.
How to Enter

To enter this competition, the entrant must complete the entry form including first name, last name, email address, postcode and answer to the competition question, “What is your favourite creative pursuit (25 words or fewer)?

Entries must be the original work of the entrant, and must not violate the rights of any other party, including intellectual property rights, moral rights, or privacy rights.

Entries must abide by current social mores of decency and respect. To this end, entries must not contain profanities, defamatory content or other objectionable materials, or be discriminatory in any way. Arts Muster may disqualify at its discretion any entrant who is deemed to have breached this condition.

This is a game of skill, and chance does not play a part in deciding the winners. Arts Muster has the final decision and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrant.

Arts Muster will select three (3) winners based on the originality and creativity of their entries.

Each entrant is permitted only one (1) entry. Multiple entries are not permitted.

Employees and immediate family members of Arts Muster are ineligible to enter.
Draw and Prizes

Judging will occur on Saturday 15 February 2020.
Winners will be notified via email on Monday 17 February 2020 by 5pm, when the winners will also be published on the Blog at https://www.artsmuster.com.au/blog.

Three (3) winners will receive a voucher equivalent to $130, or a one-day workshop at Arts Muster 18-22 April 2020.

Each voucher can be exchanged for a one-day workshop at Arts Muster 18-22 April 2020, or it can be tendered towards a longer workshop at the same event.

Vouchers are not transferrable, to another person or to another event.

Voucher includes the cost of the tuition only, it does not include any associated costs such as materials fees, that are in addition to the tuition.

The winners are responsible for their own transport, accommodation and catering while at the event.

Winners must contact the organisers via email, artsmuster@gmail.com, to arrange redemption of their vouchers.
Privacy

Entrants’ details collected via their entries are protected under the Arts Muster privacy policy, which is published at https://www.artsmuster.com.au/privacy-policy.

By entering this competition, entrants agree that they are subscribing to the Arts Muster newsletter, and their details will be used in the fulfilment of the prize.
General Liability Release

Entrants acknowledge that they participate in this competition at their own risk, and that health and safety are the responsibility of the winners. All entrants confirm that they are healthy and fit enough to participate in their chosen workshop at Arts Muster 18-22 April 2020. As much as is permitted under law, the winners release Arts Muster from any liability whatsoever, and all claims or causes of action arising from or related to the competition.

The prizes provided in this competition are offered with no expressed or implied warranty or guarantee. The competition is subject to local laws and regulations, including tax laws.

The winners may be required to sign a liability release, and a publicity release that permits Arts Muster to use their name, image and entry contents in publicity and promotional activities.

Entrants agree that they will take part in any publicity that takes place as a result of the competition, such as being photographed, filmed or recorded during the use of their prize at Arts Muster 18-22 April 2020. Arts Muster may use these recordings for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, in perpetuity. Entrants will have no rights over these materials.
